bfbu88 does not guarantee the continuous, uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, government actions, and cyber attacks) may cause temporary unavailability. bfbu88 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

bfbu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
• Suspected money laundering or use of criminally derived funds.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Prolonged account inactivity (accounts with no login activity for more than 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant).

Upon account closure for breach of this Agreement, bfbu88 reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including deposits, bonus funds, and pending withdrawals, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where account closure occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, voluntary closure requested by the player), any real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.
